PVE: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QII- 2009
Profit in QII increased by 58% compared to that of QI/2009. Petrovietnam Investment Consultancy and Engineering JSC explained the increase in operating result in QII/ 2009 as follows:
In QII/2009, some projects have been completed and settled ( such as Nam Con Son project, EL3 project, BP Petco Nha Be project…) and foreign exchange difference made profit in QII went up. So, Revenue in QII increased 13% and profit increased 58%.
