- Record date: 28/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 26/8/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 26/8/2009)

- Reasons: First dividend payment 2009 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 9% (shareholders receive VND 900 for every 01 share they own

+ Exercise date: 18/9/2009
