HOM announces the record date for dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: Hoang Mai Cement JSC
- Stock code: HOM
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 14/8/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 12/8/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 12 and 13/08/2009)
- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 5% (Shareholders receive VND 500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 15/09/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Hoang Mai Cement JSC from 15/9/2009.
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of HOM on 13/8; 14/8 and 17/08/2009.
