HLY: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QII-2009

Viglacera Ha Long I JSC explained the change in operating result in QII/ 2009 as follows:

- Profit increased: profit in QII/2009 was VND 2,562,914,445 (17% compared to QI/2009). Because the expenses in QII lower than QI, financial expense decreased by VND 151,659,294

-  Treasury stock: 95 shares with value of VND 950,000 were not displayed on financial statement. Company repurchased treasury stock in the seasoned issue to increase Charter Capital. Because miscalculation in accounting,  this item was not put in the financial statement.
