- Stock code: SJ1

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 19/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 17/8/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 17/8/2009)

- Reasons: Third dividend payment 2008 and first dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 12% (Shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every 01 share they own)

Third dividend payment 2008: 4%

First dividend payment 2009: 8%

+ Exercise date: 11/9/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Seafood JSC No. 1 on working days. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SJ1 on 18/8, 19/8, 20/8/2009.
