Full Power Joint Stock Company (FPC) has informed of personnel change as follows:

* Dismissing Mr. Torng Jenn Shiaw from the position of Director General from 25/08/2009 due to his resignation.

* Appointing Mr. Chen Li Hsun – Chairman of the BOD to the information disclosure staff instead of Mr. Torng Jenn Shiaw from 31/08/2009.
