Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 07/08/2009 as follows:

1. Mr. Vu Van Chien has resigned from Deputy General Manager

2. Mr. Ha Thanh Tuan has resigned from Deputy General Manager

3. Mr. Nguyen Van Duc has resigned from Chair of the board of Petrolimex Asphalt Company Limited and Petrolimex Chemical Company Limited

4. Mr. Vu Van Chien, Director of Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC, has been appointed Chair of the board cum Manager of Petrolimex Asphalt Company Limited

5. Mr. Ha Thanh Tuan, Director of Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC, has been appointed Chair of the board cum Manager of Petrolimex Chemical Company Limited
