Full Power Joint Stock Company (FPC) has informed of dismissing Director General as follows:

* Dismissing Mr. Torng Jenn Shiaw from the position of Director General from 25/08/2009 due to his resignation.

* Appointing Mr. Chen Li Hsun (Taiwanese) to temporarily manage operation of the company until it holds the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on 19/09/2009.
