DNP: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

DNP announces the notice of record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: DongNai Plastic Construction JSC

- Stock code: DNP

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 11/9/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 09/9/2009

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 5% (Shareholders receive VND 500 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 30/09/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: DongNai Plastic Construction JSC from 25/9/2009 on working days (from Monday to Friday).

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of DNP on 10/09; 11/09 and 14/09/2009.
