DHG: Resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DHG) has informed of resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting under a ballot as follows

Article 1: Passing supplementing the following business activities:

* Trade and import-export of medical materials to human.

* Import of medicines, cosmetics and functional foods.

Article 2: Passing adjustment of content of ESOP:

Chosen employees for ESOP have to deposit money corresponding with the issuing volume of the program.
