VIS: Release restriction of share transference

Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company has informed of releasing restriction of transferring shares of the Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (VIS: SUDICO).

According to the current regulation of the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 19/01/2007, total volume of 1,658,145 VIS shares owned by SUDICO will be transferred to free-floating shares.
