- Interest rate: 8%/ year, fixed, paid annually

- Volume of bonds to be converted to stocks: 1,349,931 bonds

- Excersice rate: 1:100 ( 1 bond with par value of VND 100,000  will conerted into 100 shares with par value of VND 10,000)
