YBC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Yen Bai Cement and Mineral JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
2. Report of Supervisory Board’s activities
3. Audited financial statement 2008 and profit distribution plan:
- Profit for distribution: VND 6.42 bil. (of which retained profit from previous year VND 954 mil.)
- Financial reserve fund: VND 321 mil.
- Reward and welfare fund: VND 1.1 bil.
- Investment and development fund: VND 642 mil.
- Dividend payment 2008 (12%): VND 4.347 bil.
- Remuneration for Management Board and Supervisory Board: VND 441.7 mil.
