SRA: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Sara Vietnam JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28/6/2009. Participants were 9 representing 1,446,506 shares (accounting for 72.33% of total voting rights). The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Operating result of 2008

The company suffered a loss in 2008, therefore, the company does not pay dividend.

2. Plan in 2009

* Investment:

- 13-10 project and real estate investment: VND 10.749 bil.

- SARA software park: VND 8 bil.

- Datacenter and e commerce project: VND 1 bil.

3. Report of Supervisory Board’s activities

4. Listing of 1,000,000 additional shares

5. Audited financial statement 2008

6. Auditing company in 2009

- The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose the auditing company approved by the SSC

7. Increase Chater Capital to VND 36 bil. and placement of 1,600,000 shares with strategic shareholders and others; listing of additional shares

8. Dismantling incense dust project

9. Plan of 13/10 project

10. Change in the Board of Directors:

- Mr. Dang Dinh Ban and Mr. Thai Sy Oai will hold Director in places of Mr. Martin Hlavacek and Mr. Nakatsuka Hiroshige.
