VTV: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

VTV announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Cement Materials and Transportation JSC

- Stock code: VTV

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 24/7/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 22/7/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 22, 23/7/2009)

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every 01 share they own)

+ Exercise date: 24/8/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Cement Materials and Transportation JSC on working days since 24/8/2009. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VTV on 23/7, 24/7, 27/7/2009.
