- Tan Van lot project in Tan Van, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province: looking for partner to transfer the project.
- Phinh Ho Hydropower plant Project: Tram Tau, Yen Bai province - goals for 2008 not achieved. Completed items: compensation for ground clearance, cart ways.
- Ngoc Khanh Project:
Completed items: sociological survey, drawing for the project, agreement on total area
- Vinh Ho Project: under planning
- Others: Investment in heavy vehicles and equipment for construction
4. Investment plan for 2009
- Tan Van project: Transfer the project .
- Phinh Ho Hydropower plant Project, Ngoc Khanh Project and Vinh Ho Project: to be continued.
