Pha Lai Thermal Joint-stock Company (PPC) announced a resolution of the Board of Directors on assigning the Chief Accountant as follows:

Mr. Le The Son, Manager of Accounting Department, was appointed as the Chief Accountant of Pha Lai Thermal Joint-stock Company as from 1 April 2009.
