* On 7 July 2009, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission had Decision No.391/QD-UBCK to adjust Decision No.277/QD-UBCK dated 25 April 2007 on setting up Hai Phong Branch with the following change:

- Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung was appointed as the Director of Hai Phong Branch.
