LUT: Board Resolution

Luong Tai Construction JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 03/07/2009 as follows:

- Second dividend payment 2008 is 2.32% (shareholder receive VND 232 for every 1 share they own). Dividend payment in 2008 is 7.32%. Company made first dividend payment of 5% in 2008.

- First dividend payment 2009 is 5% (shareholder receive VND 500 for every 1 share they own)

- Dividend payment is made for shareholders on the list recorded on 15/4/2009.

- Exercise date: 27/7/2009.
