MIC: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

MIC announces the record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Quang Nam Mineral Industry Corporation

- Stock code: MIC

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 17/7/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 15/7/2009

- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2008, and first dividend payment 2009 

+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)  

( 2% of second dividend payment and 8% for first dividend payment 2009) 

+ Exercise date: 07/08/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Quang Nam Mineral Industry Corporation .

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of MIC on 16/7; 17/7 and 20/07/2009.
