Produce and Trading Metal JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23/07/2009.  The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008

2. Plan in 2009

- Revenue: VND 650 bilion

- Profit after tax: VND 5.2 billion

- Average Income: VND 3 million/ person/ month

- Earning per share: VND 1,000

3. Strategic plan: enter joint venture to build offices for rent, hotel, services and head office of company at 6 Nguyen Trai, Hai Phong

4. Result of voting new Direstors: shown in website of company

5. Report of Supervisory Board

6. Mr. Dao Trong Khoi, General Manager, has been appointed Chair of the Board
