CTC: Board Resolution

Gia Lai Culture - Tourism JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 16/07/2009 as follows:

Dividend payment in 2009 with the rate of 16% and the Operating result of first 6 months in 2009 as bellow:

-          Revenue: VND 58,309,893,808

-          Profit after tax: VND 3,111,462,269

This profit make dividend payment feasible at middle year. So, the Board of Directors approved to make the first dividend payment in 2009 with rate of 10%
