IFS: Late submission of 2008 financial statement

Interfood Shareholding Company (IFS: INTERFOOD) has informed of extending time of submitting the 2008 financial statement as follows:

The company has needed more time to complete its financial statement of 2008 with supplementing the following contents:

- Having big loss of invesment to the Northern Interfood Shareholding Company

- Transferring 70% of shares in the Interfood Packaging Co.Ltd. to the Crown Asia Pacific Holding Pte. Limited.

Therefore, INTERFOOD has continued to extend the time of submitting its 2008 financial statement to 7th August 2009.
