SHS: Notice of extraordinary event

Saigon - Hanoi Securitities JSC announces extraordinary loan as follows:

On  29/6/2009, Saigon - Hanoi Securitities JSC (SHS) and Sai Gon - Ha Noi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) signed a credit contract, following that SHB will give SHS a loan:

- Value: VND 150,000,000,000 (33% of the paid in capital of the company at the signing contract time)

- Duration: 3 months

- Purpose: Supplementing to working capital

- Payment resouce: From operation income of the company
