HCM: Resolution of the shareholder meeting

Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HCM) has informed of the resolution of the shareholder meeting under doing a ballot as follows:

Article 1: Passing the issue that Mr Vo Van Chau still keeps the position of head of the Supervisory Board as the role of the company shareholder (not a holding representative of the Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank - OCB).

Agreement rate: 81.67%

Article 2: Passing release of HCM share transference of OCB under the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 19/01/2007.

For Mr. Vo Van Chau, he still has to hold shares under the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP.

Agreement rate: 81.57%

Article 3: All shareholders, members of the BOD, Supervisory Board and employees of the company are responsible for implementing the resolution.
