HOSE announces the record date for a ballot as follows:

* Name of the listed firm:   HAGL Joint Stock Company

* Stock symbol:   HAG

* Stock type:       Common stock

* Par value:          VND10,000      

* Ex-right date:     24/07/2009 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and above on 24/07/2009 and 27/07/2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date:      28/07/2009

* Purpose: Doing a ballot for the following reasons:

* Issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders with ratio 2:1

* Issuing 1 million bonus shares to employees

* Listing additional shares on HOSE

* Time of a ballot: From 10th August 2009 to 9th September 2009

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for HAG on 27th, 28th & 29th July 2009.
