HASC: Change of regulations and BOD members

Ha Thanh Securities Joint Stock Company (HASC) has informed of change of the regulations and BOD of the company as follows:

1. Adjusting the regulations to be suitable with the current situation

2. Changing the BOD members:

- Increasing the number of BOD members from 3 to 5 people

- Dismissing Ms. Le Thi Le Thuy from the position of the BOD member

- New members of the BOD:

+ Mr. Nguyen Sy Phong
