HAS: Paying the 1st tranche of 2009 dividend & Issuing bonus shares
Hanoi P & T Construction & Installation Joint Stock Company (HAS: HACISCO) announces the record date for the shareholder list:
- Ex-right date: 15 July 2009
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over 15 July 2009 on and 16 July 2009, sellers will not receive the right)
- Record date: 17 July 2009
- Purpose: Paying the 1st tranche of 2009 dividend & Issuing bonus shares.
1. Dividend payment in cash (Tranche 1 of year 2009)
Pay-out ratio: 6%/par value (VND 600/share)
Payment date: 14 August 2009
2. Bonus issue
- Exercise ratio: 30%/par value
A shareholder who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 3 new shares. The bonus volume will be rounded down. The fractional parts will be paid at VND10,000 a share. Total of undistributed shares will be privately offered to other investors.
For example, shareholder Nguyen Van A owning 101 HAS shares at the record date (equivalent to 101 rights to receive bonus) will receive: (101 x 30)/100 = 30.3 new shares. In fact, he will receive 30 shares and VND3000 (=0.3share x 10,000vnd).
* The rights to receive bonus are not transferable.
* New bonus shares are transferable.
* Expected trading date: 14 August 2009
* Issue volume: 1,797,572 shares
* Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At the head office of Hanoi P & T Construction & Installation Joint Stock Company.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for HAS on 16, 17 & 20 July 2009.
