+ Payment date:   29 July 2009

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company (Floor 19, Hoa Binh Tower, 106 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi)

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DDM on 14, 15 & 16 July 2009.
