El Tec Vietnam begins operations in Hai Phong

El Tec Vietnam, a joint-venture between the Netherland’s El Tec BV and Vietnam’s EDH Technology Development joint stock company, has started operating in the northern City of Hai Phong.

El Tec Vietnam, with a charter capital of VND31.5 billion (€1.5 million), specialises in producing high-quality electric boxes, nautical, industrial and construction equipment. It also offers a market research service for Vietnam’s ship builders.

The company pledges to supply products and services of international-standard to the ship-building industry.

The production and provision of electrical equipment for the maritime industry plays an important role in the development of the ship-building support industry in Vietnam.
