DHG: Contents of a ballot

Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DHG) has informed of doing a ballot as follows:

* Record date: 10th July 2009

* Purpose: Doing a ballot for the following contents:

* Supplementing business activities:

* Trade and import-export of medical materials to human.

* Import of medicines, cosmetics and functional foods.

* Adjusting contents of ESOP:

* According to the 2008 annual shareholders’ meeting, finance source of ESOP was from the welfare and bonus fund. However, it has been adjusted to finance source which chosen employees deposit money corresponding with share volume distributed of the program.
