VIETINBANK: Approval of listing in principle

Vietnam Bank for Industrial and Trade (Vietinbank) has been approved in principle of listing stock on HOSE as follows:

- Chartered capital: VND11,252,972,800,000

- Listing volume: 121,211,780 shares (10.77% of chartered capital)

* Free-floating share volume: 73,884,882 shares

* Restricted share volume: 47,326,898 shares (including local strategic shareholders: 20,324,580 shares; members of the BOD, Supervisory Board, Management Board and chief accountant: 202,318 shares; labor union: 26,800,000 shares).
