DCS: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Dai Chau Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22/6/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Plan in 2009
- Market: keep maintaining, developing the indigenous and foreign relationship. Invest in big plan, open more branchs around country and offices oversea.
- Investment in :
- Production
- Trading
- Financial market
- Finance: Implement 3 plans: bank loans, other resources and looking for the right time to increase Charter Capital to VND 54,489,560,000 in IV/2009 or in early 2010.
- Staff: Focus on recruitment and training, set up policy, working system and bonus for staff.
2. Plan in 2009

- Revenue: VND 66,000,000,000
- Profit before tax: VND 8,800,000,000
- Income tax payable: VND 2,200,000,000
- Profit after tax: VND 6,600,000,000
- Profit after tax: VND 6,600,000,000
- Investment and Development fund: VND 660,000,000
- Reward and welfare fund: VND 330,000,000
- Dividend payment: VND 3,814,269,200
- Provident fund: VND 476,730,800
- Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for 2009: VND 70,000,000
3. The Board of Directors will select an auditor for financial year 2009
