SCJ: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Sai Son Cement JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
- Revenue: VND 278.6 bil.
- Profit after tax: VND 39.314 bil.
- Payables to the State: VND 15.357
2. Plan in 2009
- Output: 373,000 tons
- Revenue (with tax): VND 283.4 bil.
- Profit after tax: VND 30.6 bil.
- Dividend payout ratio: 30%
- Reward fund: 5% of the profit after tax
- Welfare fund: 5% of the profit after tax
3. Report of Supervisory Board’s activities
4. Audited financial statement 2008 and profit distribution plan:
- Profit after tax: VND 39.314 bil.
- Compulsory reserve fund: VND 1,965,721,000
- Reward and welfare fund: VND 5,897,164,000
- Dividend payment 2008 (36%): VND 12,171,500,000
- Investment and development fund: VND 18,690,324,000
- Bonus for Management board: VND 589,716,000
5. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board:
