+ Exercise rate: 20% (shareholders receive VND 2,000 for every share they own)
+ Expected exercise date: 31/07/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: DIC No.4 JSC on working days from 31/7/2009.
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
