Vietnam Airlines to launch HCMC-Dong Hoi direct flight
The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will officially open the direct flight linking Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Hoi on July 1.
The air route will provide three flights per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by Fokker 70 with 79 seats. This is the third route opened by Vietnam Airlines after Hanoi-Can Tho and Hanoi-Quy Nhon routes since early 2009 and it is also the 29th domestic flight of Vietnam Airlines.
Vietnam Airlines will apply various price levels on this route. Accordingly, one-way ticket price fluctuates from VND 900,000 to VND 1,700,000 (including VAT, not mention airport tax). On this occasion Vietnam Airlines also offers promotion prices at VND 705,000 one way applied to flights from July 1-15.
