- The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose the auditing company approved by the SSC
7. Adjustment of issuing price of new shares issued to increase Chater Capital as follows:
- Placement of shares with outstading shareholders
- Old issuing price: VND 11,000/share
- New issuing price: VND 10,000/share
- Undistributed shares will be sold to investors decided by the Board of Directors at the price not lower than price offered to outstanding shareholders.
- Placement of shares with employees
- Old issuing price: VND 12,000/share
- New issuing price: VND 10,200/share
- Undistributed shares will be sold to investors decided by the Board of Directors at the price not lower than price offered to employees.
8. Change in the Supervisory Board:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Dung has been appointed member of Supervisory Board. Mr. Le Van Loi has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board
