IFS: Explanation for late submission of the annual report

Interfood Shareholding Company (IFS: INTERFOOD) has explained late submission of the 2008 annual report as follows:

* Regarding the contract of transferring 70% of shares of INTERFOOD in its member company as Interfood Package Co. Ltd with the Crown Packaging Investment Pte, the company has extended the time of submitting the 2008 financial statement.

* The statement is the important part of the annual report. Therefore, it has decided to extend the time of submitting both the annual report and consolidated financial statement till 30th June 2009.
