Viettronics Binh Hoa JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

- Profit before tax: VND 1,767,534,967
- Profit after tax: VND 1,441,103,519
- Rate of profit after tax/ Charter Capital: VND 4.97%
