TPB allowed to provide forex services in overseas markets
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 4422/NHNN-CNH on June 15, asserting that the Tien Phong Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (TPB) has registered to provide foreign exchange services.
Accordingly, the Bank is permitted to conduct foreign exchange services as follows:
1. Providing international settlement services; and
2. Conducting foreign exchange trading in overseas markets.
Tien Phong Bank is required to strictly comply with the SBV regulations and other relevant regulatory rules on forex services.
