SJM: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Song Da 19 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008:
- Operating result: VND 52,497,986,000
- Revenue: VND 54,382,395,000
- Profit: VND 3,967,314,000
- Payables to the State: VND 4,979,103,000
- Profit/Revenue: 7.3%
- Profit/average owner’equity: 22%
2. Plan in 2009
- Operating value: VND 86.5 bil.
- Revenue: VND 70.909 bil.
- Profit: VND 6 bil.
- Payables to the State: VND 5,310,703,000
- Profit/Revenue: 8.5%
- Profit/average owner’equity: 27%
- Dividend payout ratio: 13-15%

4. Audited financial statement 2008 and profit distribution plan:
- Profit: VND 3,011,145,890
- Dividend payment 13% in cash: VND 1.95 bil.
