CAP announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment in cash as follows:

- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 19/6/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 17/6/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 17 and 18/05/20098)
- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2008 and First Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate for Second Dividend payment 2008: 6.2% (shareholders receive VND 620 for every share they own)
+ Exercise rate for First Dividend payment 2009: 6.2% (shareholders receive VND 620 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 10/07/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Yen Bai Agro-forestry products and Foodstuff Corporation on working days (from Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of CAP on 18/6; 19/6 and 22/06/2009.
