Song Da 9.09 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 6/5/2009 as follows:
1. Operating result of QI/2009
- Construction value: VND 26.451 bil. achieved 84% of the plan
- Investment value: VND 0.097 bil. achieved 3.05% of the plan
- Revenue: VND 20.762 bil. achieved 90% of the plan
- Profit before tax: VND 4.348 bil. achieved 119.12% of the plan
- Cash transfered to the account: VND 14.676 bil. achieved 79.33% of the plan
2. Operating plan of QII/2009:
- Construction value: VND 35.642 bil.
- Investment value: VND 0.29 bil.
- Revenue: VND 36.584 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 5.129 bil.
- Cash transfered to the account: VND 25 bil.
3. Detailed objectives:
- Construction: focussing on Son La, Lai Chau Hydro Power Projects, Nghi Xuan Water Plant, South Quang Nam Road Project.
- Capital recover: Speeding up
- Investment projects: Seeking partner to transfer Tan Van Project; carrying out Ngoc Khanh Project, Vinh Ho Urban Area Project.
- Service: Seeking order to send workers to work abroad
4. Solutions:
- Mr. Le Van Hung, director, will cover all the assigned work of Mr. Nguyen Dang Lanh
- Plan to increase charter capital: Assign General Management to complete the procedures.
- Ngoc Khanh Project: selecting temperary settlement plan
5. Others:
- Mr. Cong Hung has been dismissed Deputy General Manager
