LTC: Extraordinary Information Disclosure

Low Current - Telecom JSC discloses extraordinary information as follows:

- The company won 3 tenders invested by Hanoi Department of Construction with total value of VND 52,321 million

- The company signed principle contract with HUAWEI - Viet Nam Ltd. Company (belongs to Huawei Hong Kong) to build BTS bases with average capacity of 50 bases/month and construction value of USD 18,000/base.

With these contracts the company confirmed to fulfill 2009 operating plan approved in AGM 2009.
