Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Stock code: IMP) announces the establishment of Remedica Ltd., Co. (*) as follows:

The Board of Directors unanimously approved the change of the operating form of Imexpharm’s branch, Dong Thap Muoi Medicine Research & Development Center (*), to subsidiary Remedica Ltd., Co.
