VNS: Explanation for peaking at the ceiling price

Vietnam Sun Corporation (Vinasun Corp.) has explained about peaking at the ceiling price in 10 consecutive trading sessions from 15/05/2009 to 28/05/2009 as follows:

* The company has run very well. Till end of May 2009, profit after tax of the company reached VND36 billion, gaining 53% of the year plan. In the coming rainy season, transport by taxi would be at high level. Thus, the company has signed a contract of purchasing 600 cars to meet demand of customers.

* In June 2009, the company will start building the Tan Da Trading Center in District 5, HCMC with total area of 7,054m2. Time of construction is within 14 months. It is expected to put into operation in Q4/2010.

* In addition, increase of VNS stock price is the common trend of the Vietnam securities market. The stocks of transportation field has been up well.
