General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (HSI: MF JSC) announced the result of buying back its own shares as follows:

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Volume registered to buy back: 200,000 shares

- Bought volume: 114,410 shares

- Trading period: From March 23, 2009 to May 28, 2009

- Treasury stock at present: 114,410 shares

The company did not buy all of the registered volume due to low trading volume and high market price.
