Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COM) has informed of the resolution of the BOD as follows:

Passing offering shares under the program of issuing shares to key employees at preferred price and raising chartered capital for 2009:

* Issuing volume: 172,000 shares (2% of chartered capital)

* The first issuance (expected to 9th July 2009): 162,770 shares

* The second issuance (expected after 9th July 2009): 9,230 shares
