ACB announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Asia Commercial Bank

- Stock code: ACB

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 15/6/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 11/6/2009

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 9% (Shareholders receive VND 900 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 30/06/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Asia Commercial Bank on working days from 30/6/2009.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of ACB on 12/6; 15/6 and 16/06/2009.
