VPL: Restructure of organization

Vinpearl Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company has informed of restructuring its organization as follows:

* Appointing Ms. Mai Thu Thuy –Temporary Deputy General Director to Deputy General Director of Administration.

* Moving Mr. Tran Anh Tuan from Deputy General Director of Training & Quality Controls to Deputy General Director of Restaurant.

* Merging the department of Training & Quality Controls and Labor Board into the department of Training and Labour.

* Merging the Sales Department and Marketing Department into the Department of Sales and marketing.

* Dissolving the Department of Asset Management and the Department of Advertising & Event Organization.
